2024 Annual Assessments
The 2024 annual assessments invoice will be sent out soon. Annual assessments are due on January 1, 2024. They are considered late after Jan 31, 2024, with all past due accounts assessed a late fee of $10.00 along with a monthly collection fee of $15.00 until paid in full.
Your assessments are what allow your Board of Directors to maintain your community. The assessments cover all operational costs of the Association.
PAST DUE BALANCES: If owners are experiencing difficulties related to the pandemic, a request can be submitted for payment deferment and/or extended payment plans to the Board for review. Please contact Stephanie Ramos in our accounting department at MASC Austin Properties, Inc. via phone at (713) 776-1771 or via email acct1@mascapi.com to make the necessary payment arrangements if you have a past due balance.
Your assessments are what allow your Board of Directors to maintain your community. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance of the common areas, as well as other operational costs of the association (utilities, insurance, management and recreational activities.)
They also allow for improvements to the common areas and funding of reserves, all of which assist in maintaining the equity in one of your most important investments; your home. We continue to solicit your support and active involvement in your Association. We, the Board of Directors, along with your help, can continue to make our neighborhood an even more pleasant place to live.
