Pay Assessment

Annual assessments are due each year on January 1. They are considered late

after Jan 31, with all past due accounts assessed a late fee of $25.00 along with

a monthly collection fee of $25.00 until paid in full.

acct1@mascapi.com, to make the necessary payment arrangements if you have

a past due balance.
